Project Overview

Operating an ABA agency requires managing a large number of interconnected processes — from recruitment and onboarding to case management, supervision, and client scheduling. This project focused on creating a fully integrated digital ecosystem that centralizes these operations into one unified platform.

The solution was built using Zoho One, with Zoho CRM serving as the central system that coordinates workflows, data, and operational processes across the organization.
