This project focused on connecting the ABA agency’s CRM with its internal Intranet through a secure API integration, creating a reliable bridge between the system of record and the internal portal staff use every day. The goal was to ensure that essential operational and clinical information remained continuously up to date inside the Intranet, without requiring duplicate data entry or manual updates across systems.
